The hotel has a fantastic location. It meant important sites were easily within reach. I walked to places like Tiergarten Park and Brandenburg Gate. The service was perfect, and I felt completely cared for by the staff.

missing toothbrush breakfast selection
okay, the room, a junior suite, looked nice but they skipped on the small things. like, no toothbrush? seriously? also, breakfast in vox restaurant was okay. i paid extra for that. it was 42 euros for some eggs and herbal tea. i thought the selection could be better.

slow service overpriced breakfast
Room service was surprisingly slow. the breakfast at the vox restaurant seemed overpriced. I paid quite a bit for what amounted to leftover scrambled eggs and a hard roll. i wasn't expecting (or hoping for) that.

The staff are helpful. The location is convenient for exploring. The pool is a great facility after sightseeing. Breakfast at the vox restaurant offered fresh choices. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was in good condition. Blackout shades made sleeping easy for me.

limited choices excessive price
the gym maintained equipment well.
I found the breakfast lacking compared to other five-star establishments (it needs additional options). also, the room service menu had limited choices and the food quality did not justify the price. i was quite disappointed in the scrambled eggs. They seemed like leftovers, and the price for that breakfast plus a hard roll and herbal tea was excessive.
